Bros I went to the doctor the other day and I was seen by some second year med student homely/plain Asian chick with big thick glasses, she was shy as frick etc. When she was putting that ear flashlight in my ear she was holding onto my earlobe and shit, unbelievable, just about nutted myself, would be worth giving myself AIDS so I can see her again

like 150g and I am 2m tall, I barely eat in general and lifting + cardio never increased my hunger.
Right now, I'm burger maxing.
So right before a workout, I'll do a scoop of whey, milk, banana, etc for a quick 45g of protein. Then I'll workout, immediately after, I'll go to Wendy's and get 3 double stacks for another 81 grams of protein, eat that in the car, get home and snack on almonds and pumpkin seeds for another 20 grams or so. Ends up being around 140-150 grams in 2 hours around my lift.
Not mentioning my breakfast, lunch, other snacks, etc and I'm probably around 300 grams a day at 210 pounds, working out daily to failure. I am bulking at a calorie surplus, trying to reach a 225 body weight.
Also, today I did 3 plate on the bench x 5. Which I have achieved at the age of 28 before holding hands with a girl or being to an adult party.

150-200g per day. I used to be one of those homosexuals who thought "I can still totally build muscle on 75-100g of protein", but no, it only caused me to stagnate (no decline, though, thankfully). Since upping my protein intake, my lifts have resumed going up, even though I'm cutting.
