Go take a good critical look at all of this videos. They all have a ton of editing going on to make him look younger. The color contrast is always lowered (probably to hide the darkness around his eyes), and the color orange is always boosted, to give him a healthier look.
The point isn't looking young, that's just the marketing. He wants to live longer and be in better health in old age. Perhaps even live forever (or at least until he wants to die) if technology can advance quickly enough.
