I used to not take pain killers when I was in pain, but I changed my mind when I found out that they reduce inflammation.
If my wrists were in pain then not only did they get rid of the pain today, they also decrease the likelihood that my wrists hurt tomorrow. Without pain killers they would always hurt tomorrow.
They're good when I'm trying to sleep and have a stomach ache. Makes me less tired the next day.
They're good when I have a headache too. If I don't take a pain killer with a headache and go to sleep then I'll still have the headache in the morning.
I take ibuprofen or paracetamol about once every 1-3 months or so.

>Idiosyncratic, clinically apparent liver injury due to ibuprofen is very rare (estimated to occur at a rate of 1.0-1.6 cases per 100,000 prescriptions).
I had a ear infection that fricked me up last week that I was maxxing out on ibuprofen, I've never been in that much pain in my life for that long. When they shoved a camera up my dick for a cystoscopy, the first time I pissed I thought I was gonna pass out. I've also had a deviated septum fixed (they gave me Vicodin which I took the first night and stopped because it gave me trippy ass dreams. This ear infection was all on that level of pain.
I take painalivers
The only one that works for me is Aleve.
Whisky, it's got chlorogenic acid which is synergistic with the alcohol, better than tylenol
Irish or Scotch?
Canadian is the cheapest per year in the barrel so I go with that, more years in the barrel = more chlorogenic acid.
Twice a day, just like doctor Steinberg recommends.
Why?
Halves your test, kills your sperm, doubles your risk of a heart attack, kills protein synthesis
For pain? No.

My based mom redpilled me on antibiotics and paracetemol since my childhood. Avoid them as much as I can.
