I dunno. I always looked pretty youthful then one day I looked in the mirror and looked 40 with all these new wrinkles and shit.

Agree, although I have a few years of drinking behind me. I didn't drink much up until mid 20s, then took long periods probably equal in length of sobriety and heavy drinking way too often.

Curious what everyone's thoughts are on reversing damage from such drinking. After all, I think most of the problem besides calories is facial bloating, which subsides in a matter of weeks at most really.

From what I’ve seen it’s not as big of a deal as you’d imagine, especially youth binge type drinking. The guys who look like shit are the ones who drink every day and then heavily on the weekends. Social type drinking hasn’t seem to have had a huge effect on the people I’ve seen

Ty anon for thoughts. I've been through those periods myself, where I'm drinking excessively most days of any given week. I think I just hit 30 and found it hard to tell apart normal aging from effects of things like alcohol. Pretty boy death is all.

I have just had a period of weekly binging as well and developed 2 fine lines on my forehead and nasolabial folds during that time. Tbh im not sure about a solution but im gonna try monthly 5 day water fasts and see if autophagy can fix it maybe if i can get my hands on it rapamycin as well if that doesnt fix it after a year the only things left is shit like red light therapy, collagen or the heavy stuff like fat transplant if all else fails

I'm 31 and have 0 wrinkles but at the age of 28 i noticed my nasolabial folds and I tought it will get worse but it remains the same. I started using tretinoin 3 months ago to prevent wrinkles.

I was the same way. 0 wrinkles at 31, 1 at 32, then at 34 my head was full of them.

Millennial redpillers say men age like fine wine because thet base it on millennial standards
    >facial hair
    >short hair or bald
    >roided nuscular body
    >having money, own place, and car
    >good style
Men age like crap if you base it on zoomer standards which is some skinny puffy hair clean shaven prettyboy twink

men do age nicely. if youre an unnattractive male, aging is the only thing that can save u. many men look normal in their 50s, but under, they just looked goofy and icky.

You gotta stay lean with some level of muscle mass and keep your skin from getting too dry. It's literally that simple.

Kek. Hope you already have a wife and kids. The wall does exist for men and it’s usually 40 give or take a few years in contract to women having theirs at 30. Only gonna get harder from here.

Take care of yourself, be proactive with what you can ie your skin, and keep your hair. The one thing fit is right to demoralize about. Cannot believe how much worse my friends look balding. Skin I actually have noticed anything too bad besides the ones who were heavy drinkers. Just minor crows feet and lines on the forehead but their skin looks fine. It’s the hair that’s by far the biggest issue. Stay on top of it younger anons. And don’t for a second think it will never happen to you. I always had a lot of hair and never thought twice through my early 20s until one day I realized my hair was falling out way more than normal and my hair looked so thin when I went swimming. Shaved my head and deepened+minoxidil during covid and thankfully nipped the problem in the bud.

the one advantage older men have is lower facial fat. once you get shredded you may have a more defined face than before.

and every other man is ageing too. you are somewhat competing against other men in your age cohort, many men start to let go of themselves so you can be better than them even if you can't keep up with the young guys.
