Calories are calories. Just lift enough to gain mostly muscle mass.

You can't only gain muscle on a bulk. That's the whole point of bulking then cutting. Put on as much muscle as possible in the shortest amount of time by getting enough protein and eating a lot of calories. Then cut the fat you gained off.

    I genuinely couldn´t
In fact I dont even know how can an adult male look like this, this is even more baffling than an obese person.

My arms used to be like that. I was very skinny and also I had a fear of lifting anything due to excrutiating back pains my dad had later in life - though those pains were caused by arthritis. My mom was also always telling me growing up not to lift stuff because I could damage my back forever. Even so much as a large bag of groceries, as crazy as it may sound for an adult man, I would make sure to take it in multiple trips. I literally lifted nothing, not even things around the house unless I really had to.

My arms are a lot bigger now after lifting, but they are still very skinny due to no fat wanting to accumulate there. In some ways the aesthetic of zero fat is nice enough, but for a man, the thicker the arms the better, whether it's due to bone, fat or muscle, thicker is just better, and even this dude has a little bit of fat on his arms unlike me.

I think it's pear, it's got to be pear, right? There couldn't be anyone else in the world like this. Pear is pharm livestock. He take pharma and it makes him like this.

Eat a frickton of calories and protein
Lift 3 times a week full body
One 3x8 tricep isolation and one 3x8 biceps isolation exercise at the end of each workout pushing until 1 rep till failure.
    Now get to work

being fat is understandable; you just eat a frickton of calories. But this, how is this possible? if that is a male, what kind of fricked up hormones causes this? how is this person not dead of starvation?

Being raised actually poor, not fake poor like so many fat people. Actual poor kids are skinny as a rail and are rarely fed at home; you find kids like this who belong to drug addict white trash parents. When they grow up, they have very efficient metabolisms, because their body had to work very hard to metabolize whatever it could from very little food in order to survive.

God you sound like my mom. Next you're gonna say skipping supper is being anorexic

It's got nothing to do with hormones. All this is is a sedentary life and bad parenting. The mindset is simply to eat when you feel hungry and only eat to satisfaction. It is just as natural as fat people gorging themselves. Personally I don't know how fatties do it. Eating a lot is serious work.

I have arms like these, albeit I don't lift, but it's not normal (average).

Even with just moving a bit, your average adult male arms look different.

I had a health issue a few months ago where I was so stressed I couldn't even drink a glass of water without fear of choking. Lost a lot of weight. After I recovered from that I decided to get into shape. Starting from nothing is seriously hard but this is what worked or me:

    1. Chair pull ups, Stand on a chair and use a pull up bar. Your legs will compensate for the pull ups. After two and a half months I finally got to the point where I could do actual pull ups. I can do 4 in a row now and now I'm doing real pull ups the progress is improving.

    2. Raise leg push ups. Do push ups but have one leg raised. This allows you to compensate for lack of arm strength and over time you'll be able to work up to genuine push ups. Went from not being able to do 1 real push up to doing 12 in a row (in 90 days).

    3. Chair squats: Get a chair and do a squat, using the chair to support yourself. I've also used a washing hanger (the one that folds in on itself) and I use it as if going down a ladder. I progressed from this to squatting with 10kg of rice.

90 days in and I'm still fairly DYEL but the gains I have are finally beyond mr skeletal-tier.

Skelly mode is the easiest to escape from. Just get your protein in and lift. You'll gain definition pretty much instantly because there's no fat to hide it.
Downside is that getting beyond noobie gainz is hard and requires bulking. Tough if you've never been particularly heavy.

It literally takes years of lifting to just look like a normal person and pushing beyond that will require forcefeeding yourself until you're nauseous and entirely devoting your life to lifting to look even moderatly fit. Frick these shitass genetics, skelly mode is hell
