While you're still sleeping at 10:00AM because of a hangover, I'm taking care of errands. While you wake and bake, I wake and eat ten raw eggs. While you're playing videogames or with your peepee, I'm playing with a new training program. While you're watching sports, I'm watching my protein intake. There is no other excuses. YOU are the excuse.

    but im tryna figure out how im gonna work 40 hours 12am to 8am everyday, do my university classes and still workout (im not talking about saturday and sunday) homies need to sleep too

      Work out on the weekend, that is the solution. Meanwhile, do a short workout one day or another during the week. The challenge timewise won't be working out, it will be maintaining proper nutrition.

      my university had a gym on campus. I'd hit it after my classes before going home. It was a dogshit gym (which was crazy for what i was paying to be there) but they had barbells so I could get some compound lifts and pullups in. crazy busy so i'd only spend ~30-45 min in there any time I showed up

    I know this is a bait,
    but it is somewhat true.
    Once I started going to gym at 6AM, I am free at 8/9 and go to work and kind of have care-free evening. I usually just study or go on dates in evenings.

    workouts alter are a real mental challenge, and I'd suggest it for a student etc. But for a work/business evenings just dont work.
    And then it becomes true - you have a choice of waking up and going to gym, or just not having any sleep schedule and being kind of average
