So I live in Manhattan where groceries are expensive as frick, but even I can get 6 pounds of chicken breast for $13 from Aldi. 840 grams of protein, almost all the protein you need to get big. And it’s literally the same price to get six pounds of chicken as it is to get a Big Mac, fries, and a drink.
Add oats, beans, rice, vegetables, fruits, Greek yogurt and you’ve got a balanced diet. For less than $30 a week. It’s not hard to get big without spending that much money. If you want to save even more, get chicken thighs or chicken drumsticks.
