    Chicken, broccoli, rice, its all healthy stuff. Oil is actually good since it's full of healthy fats. Only bad thing is the sugar in the general tso sauce, but that's balanced out by the broccoli.

      Agreed, The breading, sugar sauce, excessively high sodium, and high oil w high carb(rice) is the issue. Some salt, black pepper, minced(or powder) garlic, ginger paste, sliced onions (and turmeric, chili powder and sesame paste are optional) are much more flavourfu and delicious and much healthier. I say, eat it this time, and eat it occasionally but you’ll feel sick and start accumulating adipose (fat) tissue if you eat it most days of the week.
      Also, if you cut the portion in half the amount of blood sugar spike would decrease significantly so that might be another solution.
