There is no such thing as specific foods being bad for your health. The only thing that's bad for your health is quantity or lack of variety as far as diet is concerned.
None of these ingredients are unhealthy on their own but I just don't trust eating these foods from big chain restaurants because of all the chemicals, preservatives and other junk that gets packed in them by these people.
