    >after ive broken my body in via walking and soft stuff, start intentionally exercising - cycling uphill, jogs with sprints, more bodyweight stretches but that use muscles like squats, starjumps, push ups, tricep deps, situps, crunches, ab work, lunges. do this for 3-4 weeks
    >start phasing in very lightweight dumbbells, get the form right. do every type of exercise - shoulder press, bicep curl, weighted lunges etc just to active the muscles, build some form. incorporate pull ups, more push ups, neck work
    >eventually join a gym and ease myself in, start with cardio & stretching, then bodyweight, then do the weight machines & cable machines, before evolving onto free weights
    >do a little bit of everything. train like a soldier, SAS, navy seal. then do a bodybuilding program for a month, before bouncing on SS for a few weeks, PPL, then calisthenics. absolutely everything just to balance & sync the body and everything is being built in sync with the rest of the body for both strength and endurance

    Eat good amounts of protein and lift. Go to gym! If you don't want to go to gym than get two 15kg dumbells and train at home. SHOCK your muscles. That OP body of yours is perfectly fixable. 6 months for supreme results.
