    I'd put some muscle on my frame considering my upper body is seriously lacking. Do a brosplit focusing on compounds to maximize my noob gains and end each session with either walking on a treadmill with a weighted vest or LISS to build my cardio base. I'd weigh myself daily until I knew what my tdee was then I'd start CICO at a deficit around that eating enough protein and complex carbs to maintain muscle and fuel my workouts. At about a month I'd be seeing some tone and growth from my noob gains and that would motivate me to continue going.
