    Did a standing 100lb dumbbell OHP neutral grip. A qt watched me do it too.

    Trying to train up to lifting this strongman log I made out of a giant fucking hardwood log, but the thing is way heavier than I can overhead right now even with legdrive and just pins my arms to my sides when I load it up to my chest. This is one more step. Haven't been able to weigh it but It's got to be 250lbs+ just by the feel on the clean so it's still a far off goal. Motivates me to get stronger though I can't wait till the day I conquer the log.
