depends on how you age to be honest. most men hit the wall too at around 30. balding ( and if not balding, losing thickness and shine), overweight, wrinkles, eyebags, stress eating away at your health. some men do age like fine wine, but it's a tiny minority
I'm a few months away from 30 and it's starting to hit too. if you're mid 20s/late20s you can at least make a case for being in the autumn of your youth, once you hit 30 it's done and dusted

As I approach my 40s I don’t mind looking older and having a more meaningful role in society than the loving boyfriend I was in my teens or the playboy I was in my twenties. I’m a father now, my lines and salt and pepper hair make me comfier as a dad. Life is beautiful because it is so fleeting.
