                If you still don't get it it's about proportions, but yes 10 years of pull up coping will give you 3months or so of deadlift trap gains. You will never be yoked and will look bottom heavy just the same

                My post was more to do with shoulder gains actually, but yes floor pulls are superior for traps, the trapezius has great leverage to lift a lot of weight so it needs a lot of weight to reach meaningful stimulus
