    People always overthink it. As long as you're getting your target muscles into fatigue to the point where you can't do a rep without cheating a ton, you're building muscle. Half reps with otherwise good form is superior for building muscle to doing full ROM with less fatigue. But it doesn't even matter if you're like Sulek where you're on grams of gear so you build more muscle than natties sitting on your ass all day.
