At first, my throat tensed up and for each day it has become more relaxed and doesnt work as much, but i have not seen the width change yet
its basically a chin tuck with the help of gravity and passively while you use the phone a bit before falling asleep
ive gone from right being my default state (pic related) to left now after just 4-5 days and i went from not being able to go without pillows (because my throat would tense so hard and i could breathe) to reducing pillows for each day and now going without pillow and throat not working as much

I really hate neck training with a weight but recently got into the early days of bodybuilding and found out all those old school body builders just used their hands for resistance and had thick necks so I started trying it and you can definitely feel it same as the weights.
Neck training is important for martial arts, wrestling, and motor sports. It can save your life in an accident. Definitely not a meme.

yeah but he's saying neck curls won't actually give you a visibly bigger neck. every time I've ever seen arguments in favor of neck training, they use photoshopped examples, or compare a guy with a small neck to a guy with a thick neck, they never show a guy with a thin neck do neck curls and develop a thick neck. I pointed this out in a thread a few days ago and someone just posted a couple guys with thick necks, but no one showed actual neck development from neck curls
