    80g rolled oats
    340g Costco fat free Greek yogurt
    28g mixed fancy nuts
    52 g protein, satiation for 4-5 hours

      i have 1 black coffee(200ml)(beans are $200/kg)
      and 500g full fat greek yogurt
      at 6am, then i dont consume anything but water until 3pm
      where its coffee again and meat pie and bread and butter pudding
      then dinner(never the same thing every day or week so i cant really say, but today is homemade vegetarian pizza) 7pm
      coffee 8pm
      sleep 10pm
