      No Im talking stage ready shredded 6% to 10%.

      Id also say my formula could be considered as an average for a bell curve. aka half the population will have a natty limit below the calculated number and the other half above it depending on the quality of your genes. Id say a standard deviation of 2kg is adequate.

        you're somewhat correct,I used the FFMI calculator to find out how much I would weigh at 12-13% at my absolute natty limit and it was somewhere around 210-220 lbs

    it works for me if we're considering it the weight while shredded. People don't realize that it's pretty huge because you lose quite some water weight and fluff weight when you go to 8% bodyfat

    That formula is bullshit for a few reason one is it is apparently meant to be for 5-6% bodyfat, who here is actually trying to get at a true 5-6%, no one most will cap out at 13-14%. Second of all, the formula was just pulled out of Martin Berkham's ass with no large sample size.

      I have no idea who that is. Every natty lifter with some experience will sooner or later come to realize that this formula makes sense. Id even say the calc limit is a lil too high for most people:

      (Your height in cm - 100cm)*kg/cm - 1kg = Natty Limit

      Is probably a better estimation.
