Don't forget the toxins from old or non maintained building pipes. The prescription drugs that people flush down the toilet and end up in the water system(which can't properly remove them). The runoff pesticides that also make it into the water supply/aquifer through the natural water cycle.

I don't know what you mean by "1k grifters" but I got all my knowledge of occultism and diet and fitness from books and imageboards and my olympian coach years ago and haven't really learned much of anything new since other than the findings of some studies here and there. Youtube I've been listening to a lot more lately because I can just listen to it while running/biking/etc. and aside from audiobooks on youtube everything else is just the same info being repeated over and over or else disinformation/misinformation. Youtube is also good for looking up variations of exercises targeting specific muscle groups or looking up variations of calisthenics exercises. This Huberman guy I don't like him, his stuff keeps coming up through autoplay, and I end up listening because I can't switch it while I'm doing whatever, and it's just never anything useful or helpful that I don't already know.
I think only youtube channel on fitness I can recommend are House of Hypertrophy for very good information and Pigmie for entertainment value. Everyone else is not that good.
You can avoid most of the food issues by avoiding grains, vegetables, and fruits. Eggs and meat are so nutrient dense they can repair a lot of the damage as well.

My nurse gave me fish oil before because it helps with depression and brain problems and it seems to work at getting rid of brain fog.
