          I like to make my own with ground beef, seasoning, and chopped onion, then grill them without oil (meat releases its own grease, it's enough), and serve them with a side of roasted veggies, no buns.

              Buns are so bad. Usually made with processed ingredients sugar and if you're eatting at a fast food joint they are buttered for flavor

              You can easily reduce the calories of any burger by 300 by just removing the buns

                Bread's fine, just not very nutritious, and it's easy calories to cut from meals. Obviously sandwiches need them, but using it for like dipping in sauces, etc. is just free fat frick calories, so watch out. And preferably if you gonna eat bread, use whole grain or other meme non-white bread, so at least you get some better nutrients.
                Oh, and if you are american, 100% avoid sandwich bread, that shit is literally sugar glued together.

                If it's european bread, yes, and if you count your calories, it's fine, the only problem is it's basically empty calories. Check packaging anyway to see if it's way too processed or not though, if you live near a bakery that sells sandwich bread, consider buying it there instead.

    I caved in and had pizza on like Monday after almost a full month clean of slop, and it fricked up my stomach real bad even mere moments after the fact, so I'm pretty sure I'm successfully weening off takeout slop and have no desire to eat more of it again, however tomorrow I have a big family lunch, and I know there's going to be mostly fat frick food, and they are the kind of family that pushes you to eat more and gets upset if you refuse, hopefully I have the strength to stand my ground.

    I eat at McDonald's every once in a while and I couldn't care less. I lift and play a lot of volleyball, which keep me lean. My body just craves a lot of food after all that intensity.

    I ate an entire tub of ice cream last night.

    Well hey! I weigh 48kgs and experienced a stagnation in my gains from April through September. A month ago I went to the gym after stuffing my face with cake at birthday and found myself lifting heavier shit than ever before on all exercises for 70 minutes straight.

    That was my cue to start Sam Sulekmaxxing with chocolate milk and cereal and generally eating everything in sight. I am now constantly out of breath though, so I might have to reign it in a little.
