    I like to make Adana kebab. You need to grind a couple onions, some garlic, and a bell pepper or two. Then add salt to the vegetables and squeeze them to drain excess juices. Then knead a couple pounds of ground lamb and beef into all the ground onions and bell pepper. Finally add coriander, some black pepper, paprika, ground parseley, and dried sumac (if you have it, if not any kind of citrus works).
