    I started doing these, and it only took me 8 months to get my deadlift from 115lbs to 225lbs, but I go pretty hard when I'm in the gym, not sure if these zercher holds are totally responsible for my gainz.

    I keep telling myself to get back to doing them again, I'll have to remember to add them back in.
    Used to do full depth bottoms-up zercher squats from the lowest pins with 455 lbs. and could hold 700+ lbs. for 10+ seconds, and I will say, I was never stronger than I was back then.
