No alcohol. Everytime I get shitfaced I get a couple more grey hairs and slight wrinkles. Hard not to though, considering I'm Polish and last time I refused to drink at a family gathering one of the uncles got legit mad I won't drink with him

Lmao alcohol barely ages you unless you sleep 3 hours a night and get drunk every day. I drink 3 glasses of Whiskey for 14 years and judging by the photos of me, I stopped aging past 25. I looked 25 and fucking 15 and look 25 at 32. Zero difference in skin aging.
But that's boring, getting smashed once in a while with my best friends is always something to look forward to and a great moment of joy. The better question would be how often you can get drunk and with which type of alcohol without leading to faster aging?

Of course people say drinking and smoking is bad for you but honestly whether you consume poison or not isn't relevant. You can not do any of these and lead a sedentary lifestyle, you'll age very quickly. You can drink three beers daily and smoke cigarettes, if you do lots of sports and lead an active lifestyle the effects of those on you will be minimal, and you will still be fit in your 40s.
