      I have an autoimmune disease that reacts when I eat inflammatory foods.
      Some stuff is really bad for me, some stuff is fine.

      In autoimmune circles what is inflammatory for humans and what is not is pretty well known. I don't know if "zero" is possible, but we get close enough.

          Basically carnivore + white rice.
          Unlike most other carbs white rice is not inflammatory for most people so thankfully I can eat that.
          My diet is basically beef, eggs, and white rice.
          Beef and eggs for macros and micros, and white rice for cheap calories.

          If I make the mistake of eating a few slices of bread I can expect a flare up within two days.

    Depends entirely on genetic makeup and gut biomes. Asian people as an exampe, particularly the Japanese, have some interesting protien synthesis processes during digestion and metabolization of carbohydrates. Those same groups exhibit higher rates of lactose intolerance, associated with bloating and inflamation.
    Europeans on the other hand report better metabolic agreeability with dairy / fats but have wll doccumented water retention increases in high carb vs low carb diets.

      Considering peats work, yes, high fat fish aren't as good due to PUFA. Especially farmed raised trash, absolute trash. Wild caught, Alaskan salmon is the best choice due to the low pollution in the area
