      I battled with zinc deficiency my whole life. Maybe my body is different from normie body, but zinc-rich diet never fixed zinc deficiency for me. Only taking 120mg zinc bisglycinate (30mg of zinc) works for me. Other supplements as zinc citrate or zinc gluconate did shit for me.

      Food sources is best, but you can't be sure the food is rich in any nutrients these days due to depleted soil and pesticides blocking absorption. You can eat beef liver and think it's high in copper etc. while in reality it's not and you won't really know unless you test it.

        Zinc does delay sexual development? I was zinc deficient my whole childhood (white spots on fingernails) and indeed I had late puberty. I do often supplement zinc and it does help with my sexual drive. Does that mean I'm doomed to supplement it forever? I used to be manlet in high school, but kept growing until 24 and now it's weird when I meet people from high school because I remember them being tall, but I have outgrown most of them.

          You're essentially suffering from hypothyroidism. Taking lugol's iodine solution 5%, zinc, magnesium, selenium, and tyrosine will fix any deficiency in thyroid hormone production. You can get some of these by just eating meat, but you'll only really get high enough dosages for therapeutic healing if you supplement directly.

          Drink a reasonable amount of water, but not excessive. Black coffee/tea is fine. If you feel a bit off/unwell, you might need some electrolytes (especially if you've never gone long without food) but a tiny bit of salt is probably enough. It's only 48 hours.

          Might not do anything, but i know when i first started fasting my mind was far sharper and clear.
