    It'll affect your sleep if you get addicted. I always have to cut back to less than 6 a day because i gravitate to about 10 (4mg)and wind up not sleeping more than 4 hours for days.

            years ago i tried smoking red malboro, did it for about two weeks and then quit cold turkey, didnt have no jitters or other side effects. Quitting Caffeine literally made me feel like vomiting

    The only reason anyone consumes Nicotine is to relieve the withdrawal symptoms of Nicotine. Anyone that says they take Nicotine to enhance focus are straight up fibbin'.

    I also think with the rising popularity of nicotine pouches there are going to be a lot of poor souls that are going to become even more addicted to Nicotine than those that were previously addicted to cigarettes which turned into vaping. The problem with Nicotine pouches is that you can get away with having one in your mouth practically all day with zero downside like going outside or what have you. Before I quit the pouches I even dabbled with 12 mg pouches and that shit felt like my brain was sizzling from that much Nicotine at once. Folk, we're living in trying times with the shit the israelites are trying to get us hooked on. Everything we consume is weaponized in terms of how fast you can get hooked to it.
