Plan out 3 800 calorie meals a day and eat them everyday plus a few snacks. Stop starving yourself for extended periods of time. If you are hungry you are definitely not eating nearly enough
I started off at the same point as you. I'm 6'3 and I weighed 130lbs when I began, now it's been around 6 months and I've gained almost 40lbs. This is me a few days ago.
You can do it, you just have to be consistent and make sure you eat more too, I had almost no appetite before but it slowly increased over time.
I don't count calories, but I'd estimate I used to eat about 1300 and now it's around 2000. I never used to eat breakfast, so I tried to start having that to get an easy few hundred calories in. I also just have slightly bigger portions of my meals.
