IF you were to choose the best of those supps, it would be creatine, and creatine is cheap as frick. You also have a 25% chance to be non-responsive to creatine, probably higher if you already eat red meat.

No I eat oatmeal, chicken breast, dairy, fruits, veggies, rice/potatoes/pasta, eggs on top of those that I wrote.

I live alone in a 1 bedroom apartment, I make 41k ($20 minimum wage where I live) and my expenses come out to 30k annually give or take, rent is 20k a year gas is 2k insurances are 2k a year utilities are like 2.5k and food is like 3-3.5k
For me its 10€/month and thats an extra strong multivitamin. I probably wouldnt take it if I wasnt conscious of my "health" because of goin to the gym. I have spent thousands and thousands throughout 13 years of lifting on creatine, pwo, argininen, every single useless product just to come to the realization that in the end the amount to maybe 0,5% of your gains if that.

OP, i was a moron buying pharmacy "approved" supps and spending 100+ euros on just milk+protein powder. I realised supermarket sups are just as good if not better and protein powder is not needed if you eat properly. I was spending 250 euros per month on moronic overpriced and impractical things. Get gud, OP and dont give your money at the first you that tells you BUY THIS
There is no supps in supermarkets here and even if there were it would be more expensive than my online source, i use hsn. If you have any better online source thats cheaper you can share
