This guy is fucking insane. 5000kcal a day every day for a year and a ton of exercise, how the fuck he didn't become a fat blob?
In picrel it didn't start the cut yet.
As far as I know the "best" strategy to bulk is a surplus of 300-500kcal, but jesus, this guy went full Goliath mode with a dirty bulk and even before the cut it looked insane, let alone after.
I also don't believe he is a roider. What do you think?
