go live in the woods, starve yourself until you can see your ribs, let the hunger consume you, sustain yourself on only human flesh and embrace wendigomode
1. Yoga
2. Stop sitting all day, stop playing vidya, walk more
3. Eat
4. Take it slow but start to deadlifts. Other back exercises I'd recommend that you can go harder in >pull ups >lat pulldowns >cable/barbell row (barbell row I think might be a bit better since its a compound movement and will work out other muscles, but as far as working out the back they're probably equal so do whichever you enjoy more) >Squats will also work lower back a lot but like with deadlifts slowly increase weight since you look like a skelly that never worked out before.
eating more than 1500 calories per day might be a good start
I eat around 2,500 everyday
Thanks I'll give it a try
Shave it off
Eat in a small surplus, and deadlifts.
Eat more. Do pull ups OHP front squats and stiff leg deadlifts to build a juicy aesthetic back

spooky
hammer it back into your body that's not healthy bro
Gain weight. I was like this when I was 6'4 135 lbs
How much weight do I need to gain to hide my spine would you say?
I found that by the time I was 175 lbs I looked pretty normal. Your mileage may vary given I don't know your height/weight.
I'm 186cm and 60kg
I recommend you crush up a bunch of eggshells into a shake for the calcium and try to grow a bunch cool spiky plates on your back. Pic rel

Thank you. This was the kind of detailed answer I was looking for. I'll give it a go 🙂
eat more and lift weights. I swear this is the answer to 90% of the stupid questions on this board.
