i finish my workout with 30 min on incline treadmill for heart gains
By far the easiest way to cardio but the tradeoff is time loss. You'll need an hour to spare everyday in addition to your regular workout.

Just pick a gym that’s like 30 mins of walking distance, that’s free purposeful cardio. You can prob make it in 15 if you power walk.
I powerwalk 2 miles back and forth from my gym 5 days a week, everybody miring my strong and purposeful stride.
I’ve knocked a few manlets on their ass when they wouldn’t make way for the strider chad. Imagine thinking you can bump into a 6’4 250lbs gymcel and not get sent flying.
Why not just go outside? I go to the gym 5days/wk and then walk 10km every night 7days/wk although my diet is not on point in still losing fat and keeping my gains as far as I can tell. My feet are begging to hurt though after about 8 months of this with only a few days of during my vacation this summer.
I do use an app called impact which makes me able to donate to charity with my steps. I have no fricking clue how that works though.
