I used to eat a big breakfast and 100gr. of this for lunch and nothing else and my weight loss was slow af. because of the water retention caused by the salt.
I replaced it with 50gr. of oats and 30gr. o of casein with hot water and i'm again losing weight at a fast rate and it's cheaper for the same amount of protein, more fiber and good carbs that make me feel fuller longer.
