wash face + Moisturize morning and night
my face is already oily and i live in a humid climate i dont think moisturiser will help
Regularly washing and moisturising helps deal with your oily face dude
i wash my face twice a day and my face is still oily i swear its the climate thats the largest contributor i cant fix it with moisturiser i dont think
Maybe your face wash is too harsh for your skin. You keep washing off your to zero your natural hydrolipid layer everyday, so your skin tries to make it up quick and produces excessive amount of sebum to prevent it from drying. Try to find more gentle face wash. And also moisturize.
You are making it worse by washing it so often. Your face is supposed to have oil on it. When you wash it you remove all the oil and your body will start producing even more to fix it. By washing it twice a day your body will constantly be trying to re-oil your face.
>Add moisturizer to face
>Skin detects that it's moist
>Skin does not produce (as much) oil
vs.
>Don't add moisturizer to face
>Skin detects it's not moist enough
>Produces a loud of oil
Use long lasting moisturiser
It's probably your diet and stress
Avoid goyslop
also i’ve tried oil free moisturisers and they made my skin worse i think
>apply moisturiser
>skin gets sticky and oily 5 minutes later because of humidity
>face looks more shiny throughout day
>le moisturizer meme, again and again and again
ask yourself this critical question: why should applying a moisturizing fluid to the outer (dead) layers of the skin dermis have any effect on cellular aging? How does this affect DNA damage to the nucleus of my skin cells which is what aging really is.
what are u talking about anon
just tell me how to fix oily skin in a humid climate
oh, sorry. didn't really read.
1. Appearance of aging is caused mostly by loss in collagen, and second by textural irregularities. Moisturizer helps with both.
2. DNA damage model of aging is outdated, humans have managed to have kids for millions of years despite supposed accrued DNA damage. Truth is DBA damage can be repaired and is simply not that significant. Yes cancer is bad, not even most elderly people die of cancer. Epigenetic programming is the cause of aging. But anti-aging skin care does not prevent aging, it just makes your skin look good.
Dat gif got me HNNNGGGGGG
>what is a feedback loop
even if it sounds counterintuitive, moisturizing will help with oily skin (and dry skin), especially if you look for ones that are more applicable to you
just some hints for your path of new knowledge:
lotion vs cremes vs gels
water based vs oil based
humectants
other info:
exfoliation (not really in terms of moisturizer)
sunscreen (oil-based, emulsion, gel-based, sticks/balms, makeup)
i have easily the cleaniest and prettiest skin in work, friends and family group, you actually dont need a lot of stuff, just like gym it is consistency and right producst/routine:
products you need:
cleanser
chem. exfoliator
moisturizer
retinol
sunscreen
~150€ / yr for perfect skin
>routine:
exfoliate:
exfoliate 2x week in the evening, use cleanser before, wait 10 mins for skin to dry then apply exfoliator, dont use retinol on exfoliator day
evening:
if not exfoliator day, wash face, damp dry, apply retinol, apply moisturizer, dont sleep on your stomach/face, change bed sheets every week
morning/day/after gym:
wash face, damp dry, moisturizer, sunscreen
do that 3 months with correct products and you have glass skin light for eternity (not weirdly, shiny looking like koreans, more like japanese and top 1% models or OP pic)
So do you use retinol 5 times per week? Did you build up to that frequency over time for the retinol and exfoliant? At the moment I'm just applying sunscreen in the morning and cleanser then moisturizer in the evening.
depending on the % of retinol in the product
in yurop you get low% formulas, so using it 5 times/week might work out fine
keep in mind that when you start using retinol, there might occur ‘retinol uglies‘
you could start with every other day if unsure, that‘s fine
Any decent budget moisturizers?
is there anything that helps you look younger, or does all of the anti-aging stuff just help you avoid looking older? Like is it too late to reverse any of the aging that already took place and I'm just avoiding further damage?
what moisturizer do you recommend?
is this true even if I'm not really going outside that day? If all I'm doing is driving to work, working indoors, and driving home and staying inside, I don't really spend time outside. Does sunscreen still have a benefit then?
Yes you can reverse the outward appearance of aging. Use whatever moisturizer. If you're not in the sun you don't need sunscreen as much
Sunscreen every day
>gives you skin cancer
There are brands that don’t have the cancer causing toxins. But sunscreen applied to the face daily drastically reduces aging.
Schizo boomer science.
Just wear a hat and long sleeves, sun screen has too many chemicals in it. Most skin cancer comes from sun screen nowadays.
>just rub aluminum particles into your skin bro
just shut the frick up and stop misleading people you ugly crab
>Irrationally hostile response
Yeah, I'm going with the other guy.
you already were with the other guy, and you post the same shit every thread despite the brunt of evidence being in support of the sun rapidly aging you and sunscreen being a fine additive to one's anti aging regime. it's so tiresome
>bla bla bla I'm a woman and can't control my feelings
I accept your concession
>vitamins: B complex, C, multivitamin universally done well in tests for people living well into old age.
>Zinc - anti-acne, good for sperm too.
>Rutin - a bioflavanoid. thickens blood vessels, protects against varicose veins. (personal bro-science take: every super-long lived organism from turtles to trees has one thing in common: thick/nearly impenetrable skin. if there was a way we could toughen this particular macro-organ on our bodies our lifespans would shoot up significantly.
>olive oil, take internally and rubbed on (clean) skin as well
>MSM, the phosphorus is good for skin as well protecting joints.
>green leafy vegetables.
it's the zinc oxide that protects you. take internally instead.
This. I work in a hospital and I still sunscreen my face every day. Just buy a brand that isn't full of Black person AIDS blood or whatever bullshit you're paranoid about
Time moves only in one direction and there’s no slowing stopping or reversing it b***h ass homie
Also, if I was at the same beach as this prostitute, I would have absolutely no qualms about strutting over to her with my gigantic pulsing wiener, and stroking it until I shoot thick hot ropes of cum all over her face and chest
/thread
idk, I used some shit on my face a few years ago during the winter and looked like a 16 year old again. I was 28 at the time, I just don't care enough to be bothered with it but obviously, there are things that have obvious results if you have the discipline for incremental implementation
>Time moves only in one direction and there’s no slowing stopping or reversing it b***h ass nig-ACK
What's his routine?
workout 3 times per week, no sugar, no dairy, evey day veggies and only fish and chicken, no red meat
Does staying lean your whole life prevent sagging faces?
Makeup, filters, photoshop
being asian
>Also, if I was at the same beach as this prostitute, I would have absolutely no qualms about strutting over to her with my gigantic pulsing wiener, and stroking it until I shoot thick hot ropes of cum all over her face and chest
This is your brain on daily porn
Vegetable smoothies. Kale, spinach, etc. Astaxanthin pills.
This is the type of woman everybody should look to have kids with.
Just look at that defined face and hollow cheeks while being a fricking woman (who generally retain more fat than men), you just know your sons will all be chads
hello incel
hello landwhale
Seeting foid HAHAHAHA
Why all of a sudden people desiring skinny women? Like they're rare? Just go to Asia or some euro country and it's skinny girl heaven
Because they are in most of the west
pussy on pussy
That's one hot pussy
cardio
collagen supplement
every night
can I get a qrd on these
Collagen supplements are 100% a meme. You will get some nutrients from it for sure, but there's zero relation between eating or topically applying collagen, and increasing your own production of collagen.
The key to not aging like milk is simple.
Don't be a wh*te "woman".
Berberine, NMN, CaAKG, Vitamin D, sunscreen.
Then regular workouts, fasting and generally maintaining a low bodyfat
in order of efficacy:
sunscreen when leaving the house
avoid / minimise stress
good diet - that is varied, wide ranging and avoiding processed foods
exercise, namely cardio but strength is beneficial too
minimise alcohol consumption, don't smoke
supplements are 99.9% bollocks
>blocks your path
>recomended
Nice ESL supplements company
This is just some crap picture I found online, dont know what the company is.
But Rapamycin is the most powerful anti aging drug, slowing aging in every single organism tested
epitalon actually lengthens telomeres. rapamycin isn't that interesting to me, looks like you can get a similar effect from OMAD and niacin
recommended source of these?
enjoy your fricked up immune system lel
>step 1: eat raw liver for retinol
>step 2:use sunscreen spf50 moisturizer
>step 3: eat kiwis and blueberries for vitamin c with my morning coffee in which i empty a pack of gelatine so i don't get scammed by collagen supplements like homosexual OP
>step 4: ????????????
>step 5: perfect skin!
>gelatine
do you drink methyl blue by any chance?
no
i googled that
why would i drink a dye
You don't need to know every Peater insanity to apply its benefits onto your life.
didnt he have a totally mediocre lifespan? Why bother with what he had to say?
He lived up to 86 which is above average for male, plus he kept high quality of life until the end, compare it with your average 70 years old who is addicted to opiates and can’t walk or stand without support.
>methyl blue
Methylene blue? I just got some and gave some to my grandma, she got a lot of energy. Whats that got to do with geletine/skin?
Ok post face
these things are mostly genetic if not 100% genetic. some people can smoke and look like "shit" compared to their best self's version.
what i mean is if you're an ugly motherfricker these routines won't help you, instead just chores to be done for no reason, i laugh at autists with routines they can't keep for life, because if its not for life, and you do it even for a year and you stop, its like you didn't do shit ever lol.
you need to have the most minimal shit possible that can be some semi automatically at a certain point, a thing you can do forever, which has the highest benefit to time ratio.
>cleanse + moisturizer morning evening, scrub once a week at the shower.
that's literally it, ever. why complicate life ? this routine gives you like 95% of the benefits of a 1 hour facial cleansing done by a professional due to the law of diminishing returns, which when it comes to the human body dictates almost everything if you think about it. smart scientists come up with pills for your head if it hurts which were billions in development, but drinking basic water gets like 50% of the job done. sure im exaggerating a bit but still.
anti aging is mostly a meme. that routine gives you 90-95% of anything else you can do because we kinda got skin science down to the fricking T at this point. anything else is a literal waste of time unless you're a victoria secret model or influencer getting paid to get that extra 5%, which is not worth it for everybody's life, and these people also don't do it when they don't "work", which means they wouldn't do it if they didn't. which means you shouldn't do it.
now with regards to any vitamins, all are a meme if you just eat normally a balanced diet like a normal person. and just do fricking blood works every 5 years to check on things and fix what is broken, don't fricking mess with your body natural ability to "work" it's a product of ages of evolution, i never get these people that take collagen or omega 3. eat Black person
you’re moronic, and “youth prolonging” practices are incredibly easy to implement
>the same woman not 2 years later
something you will find in all young looking old people is that they are all vegetarian or vegan and have always maintained sub 10% bodyfat their entire lives. Also avoid the sun. The rest comes down to genetics. Pic related is nearly 60
>something you will find in all young looking old people is that they are all got plastic surgery, wear makeup, have professional light and professional photographers, and use photoshop, as well as not having the stress of a regular 9 to 5 job.
It's the exact opposite. Every vegan I've ever met looks sickly, malnourished and 10 years older than they actually are
this. most vegans don't care about sufficient and complete protein intake except when getting other people to go vegan
It's also very difficult to get a complete nutrient intake from a vegan diet in general. Most of the micronutrients you get from plants are significantly less bioavailable than their equivalents in animal protein. That's not to say you shouldn't incorporate some plants in your diet, but solely subsisting off of them is going to hurt your health in the long run. It's why vegetarians are almost always healthier than vegans. Vegetarians can at least have dairy and eggs which two of the healthiest things to have in your diet.
yea, there's also zero reason to not eat eggs. chickens don't care
He got surgery thoughever
>not one mention of testosterone
You will be losing 1% a year while I will have the test of an 18 year old when I am 80 years old
test rapidly ages you, thomas brodie and thor are almost the same age
Test increases lifespan and quality of life and huge difference between taking massive amounts and replacement amounts
test causes prostate cancer, theres nothing universally good for you.
>theres nothing universally good for you
You've obviously never experienced the divine love of our lord and savior Jesus Christ
Thats just because thor has a more masculine face that is balding and bloated
Here is my summary of this thread so far.
Definite:
>regular cardio
> lifting (without the associated bullshit)
> Vitamin D
> not being a fatty
> hydrated
> NO sugar
> minimal processed food
> don't get completely sunburned on the regular
> brush and floss
> no alcohol / smoking / energy drinks
> keep your bedsheets clean
Maybe:
> avoid / minimize stress
> IF / long fasting
>hydrolysed collagen supplement
>wash face + Moisturize morning and night
>Vegetable smoothies. Kale, spinach, etc
Fringe:
>tretinoin every night
>Astaxanthin pills.
>Berberine, NMN, CaAKG
Creatine, D3, K2, Collagen, Hyluronic acid, Omega 3, Betain, Curcuma, Psyllium Husk
Those have proven or possible health benefits and no real downside if dosed correctly
Still, the common sense things are more important: exercise, sleep well and dont do too much black tar heroin
most melanomas happen on areas of the body not exposed to sunburns
vitamin C niacin l-lysine EDTA megadose for breakfast, water & Na/K/Mg
microneedling
weed, coffee, yohimbine
lift reps often
200-300g protein a day
trim hair with aliexpress shears, don't frick with it too much
ipl hair removal
mental stuff, exercises
https://pastebin.com/Hm9006g7
what ipl do you use?
i ebay'd a 30 watt one, aliexpress also has them, tried it after shaving, idk how well it works yet
most 30w ipls I see are the cheap ones and from what I hear from troons and cis women those don't really get rid of hair or slow it down
been saving for a proper 4x tria but damn those b***hes are expensive
IPL is definitely a powerful lamp and has things in common with microneedling like exfoliation and requiring some pain tolerance. i think you're supposed to flash the same area 3-5 times in a row
would flashing the same area that many times in a row kill the hair follicles? Or encourage growth?
maybe both; kills short term, creates empty space for growing new follicles
HGH
GHK-Cu
Epitalon
Thymulin
The only stuff that works, good job anon.
if talking about face only:
cut garlic into very small fine grate and keep pressing it little bit with knife's blade. then to let allicin form let it rest there for +15 minutes and then. after waiting wash your your face and hands with luke warm water and then rub the garlic into your wet hands. when your hands are fully soaked with the garlic stuff clean the garlic cuts from your palms (but keep the liquid) and rub your face with the palms and wait couple minutes before washing it off.
if you wish, you can also make face mask out of unflavored yogurt and garlic the same way.
allicin is somewhat potent antibiotic that improves blood flow and collagen generation of the skin, temporarily it also tightening your skin.
can also help or prevent inflammation.
green tea and many many other foods loaded with antioxidants helps too, but being physically active is the most important.
What about body skin? I only see routines for faces and I assume painting your body with tretinoin is too expensive. What do
face skin will always be the bottleneck anyway even if you take care of it.
sunblock and avoid sun. Oily skin helps but that's a genetic gift
I want to have sex with Marisa
Metformin protocol.
androgen blocker and estrogen starting at 25-30.
pusy
>tretinoin
Isn't dangerous using this daily?
>supplements
So I was looking at GlyNAC recently, and went back to the paper on the topic people had been citing to see what dosage I should take.
https://academic.oup.com/biomedgerontology/article/78/1/75/6668639
In the study they gave extremely high doses to the subjects:
100mg/kg/day each of glycine and NAC. So roughly 7-10 grams of glycine and 7-10 grams of NAC per day. For reference, most brands package NAC in 600mg pills, so you'd need to take at least 12 pills per day to reach the desired amount.
>anti ageing routine?
Be black.
Black don't crack
You mean apply a gallon of makup?
She's probably like 60-70% white based on her having that high forehead, light skin, narrow-ish nose, and straight hair.
You're right about everything except the high forehead. Most black women have very high foreheads.
eat less meat
>anti ageing routine
Don’t be white. Simple
#1 don't be a non-white animal
#2 don't suffer from hypoheliosis
gg
Have you s e e n the average white woman?
