Yeah eat more fiber. Things like carrots are good to snack on. Try just slowing eating more fiber daily. Like dont go to crazy or youll have a hard time taking a shit. But yeah eat more fiber like beans, oatmeal etc. And eat things like carrots, cucumbers, bananas

Get some healthy snacks. Try salted sunflower seeds, eating them is almost like meditation. On top they contain protein and good fats and the salt alone might quell your cravings.

You can build up a resistance to the dander bro. Just start sniffing cats whenever you see them

i lived with 2 cats for a year and I played with them but my allergies remained, not deathly but severe enough to prevent me from getting one

Go for a naked sphinx cat, cute little ball sacks

honestly i'd take one. the personality of cats is my favorite thing about them.

Unironically going vegetarian cured me of all my cravings.

Within a week I wasn't craving sugar or fats at all, and within two weeks I wasn't even craving meat.

I'd recommend trying a week vegetarian, nothing ventured nothing gained and it's not going to kill you to not eat meat for 7 days.

      Fasting 48-72hr, probiotics.

The only food cravings I can remember having were when I was near vegetarian (meat is a treat style), and I started working out -- the cravings were for flesh.
