It’s genetic, you shouldn’t be squatting or you’ll do permanent damage
demoralization shill
absolute moron
this, work on form and-
this, work on flexibility
that's it. you either put in the work to fix it or you don't
go see a doctor
>actual morons who think a doctor will do something to fix this
OP I'm not a doctor, nor am I smart, but this same exact thing was happening to me really bad. It felt like a tearing, hot sensation. I've done a couple things to fix it and now I squat 3pl8 if that's any indicator of if you should trust me.
1. I got squat shoes.
2. I changed my stance. I was previously squatting narrow because that's what you're "supposed" to do. But for my body a wider stance feels more right, so I started listening to my body and switched to a wider stance.
3. I dropped the weight and build back up slowly
I think squat shoes was the biggest thing for me but I'd recommend any and all of these solutions. If nothing works, a real doctor might be your last bet
What's your hip mobility like? Would you consider yourself more flexible than most?
Take some time off back squatting heavy, do front squats for a while.
Got to a doctor you fricking moron
Get an xray done.
Probably FAI, you need an X-ray and a clinical exam to be sure though. Anyways some things can’t be stretched away if they are a bony defect.
T. ortho
Hey Dr. dumbass, it’s his c1/c2
Sure thing buddy
Spinal fusions don’t work you freak
That’s neurosurgery not ortho, not every pain is referred from the spine.
>chiropractor
>C1-C2
Good luck in your future life as a tetraplegic. Btw that's not even the correct myotome moron
Hey moron, once the atlas is corrected, everything below it corrects you fricking disgusting moronic transvestite goblin
C1 or C2 is a neck you chiropractoid.
he's talking about kinetic chains. Often, people with ankle problems will also have shoulder problems and vice versa because of compensatory movement patterns.
While kinetic chains and postural therapy are a thing things that hurt when you do a specific movement usually aren’t caused by it
I just dealt with this. are you squatting with too wide of a stance anon? Deload, adjust slightly more narrow stance, point feet slightly more straight, and go slower on the descent. I bet you bomb dive down when you squat. Controlled descent.
How much you squatting?
You need to see a chiropractor and get your c1/c2 adjusted. Make sure you find an upper cervical specific. Keep going back at regular intervals for several weeks/months . You will make a full recovery.
You’re welcomr
>inb4 quackery
Blow it out your ass
>Implying smart people can't be doctors
Based
Check your form
The hip joint does not like if you squat too wide or narrow.
Are you intermediate or beginner lifter?
you've probably got hip impingement mate. Do lowbar, limit depth a bit and experiment with stance width
that sounds like classic FAI
you also may have a labrum tear because of it. You'll likely start to develop anterior hip pain while walking or groin pain. You need an x ray to confirm impingement and a mri to confirm a tear
The answer is Sciatic Nerve pain.
Ask your PCP for pain management.
Have you rested for a while after this?
Have you tried squatting with lower weight?
I had it too. Went away after a few weeks. Reason? Shit form, not bracing myself and flexing my abs when going up. I bet it only hurts when you go up right?
>bad form
>too skinny
>too fat
>dysgenic
roll for KEK's advice
That might be a tight tensor facia lata or whatever the frick it's call just work on your him mobility
Drop weight to body weight, look at your form.
Also trying squating barefoot and see if you have the same issues
