Look, mother fricker, there are only three things that matter in building muscle.
1. Calories
2. Protein
3. Hypertrophy
If you're gaining 10kg of weight during a bulk, and not a single one of your lifts went up, either you're literally not eating any protein, or you need to workout more.
Stronglifts is made for beginners. It literally is 3 lifts a day. Do you really think you're going to continue to get massive gains with 3 lifts a day? Sure, you can still progress, but there is a limit, and it seems like you've hit it. Just add more lifts, dumbass.
4. (Bonus element) Sleep
If you're not sleeping 8 hours a night, you're sabatoging yourself.
Before blaming your test levels, maybe consider what you're doing wrong. Even women can improve their lifts if they gain 10kg, unless they're not working out enough.
Yeah Im a hardgaining weak frick too OP. I got a 2pl8 bench and 1pl8 OHP relatively smoothly though, 1plate first 4 months lifting and 2pl8 bench after 10 months (started from 65lbs) but deads and squats come hard to me. Took 3 years (mutltiple set backs, got sick, etc) to get a 3pl8 squat and my dead isnt at 4pl8 either.
