address the major factors in diet and sleep. if you want to supplement then zinc and mag are also good ideas. i dunno how credible the boron claim is (https://examine.com/supplements/boron/). maintain your current body composition, keep up the heavy resistance training. you check all these boxes then maybe there just isn't any way to lower your shbg.
if your free T is "low" but you feel fine then it may not be a problem.

1250 is pretty fricking high for a natty level. If you're cycling, then it makes sense why you feel low T at times, your body is regulating.

Increasing Free Testosterone isn't going to do shit.
You need normal Testosterone, not Free Testosterone. Testosterone has it's own little Vehicle/Transport box that it uses to be transported around your body to be delivered and used appropriately by your organs.
Forget Free Testosterone, even if you increase it, it won't do you much good if any.
To NATURALLY increase Test levels, is to use
Ashwaghanda and/or Tongat Ali.
These are the medicial plants that will help you boost your test.
Be aware that these plants increase Natural Testosterone, so then you need to understrand that it can't increase your Natural Testosterone Production above your Natural Limit for Test Production.
So yeah, TLDR : Ashwaghanda and/or Tongat Ali.
Best is to use both, use one then the other, to lower tolerance for the first one, and then you repeat the cycle.
