your squats suck, do 4 sets a day, 3 times a week. That's it for quads.
Your calves will never grow except under weighted (ideally slow) cardio

Ditch the deadlifts and do hack squats instead. DLs are almost all posterior chain while hack squats are almost all quad isolation
Eat more and train them for hypertrophy instead of strength
3 sets of 100 reps of calfraises daily
Ass to grass high bar squats done slowly and deliberately. 2x a week. 3-4 sets each time. 8-10 reps each set.
