They will make you look worse
How so?
In addition to still looking like shit, everyone will know you're stupid because you're doing the most useless "exercise" ever.
>not doing saido bendos
A smaller midsection makes your back, shoulders, and pecs look bigger, which is what most people want.
My hips are wide as frick, so I'd rather "fill" out the midsection, and look like a fridge instead.
I feel the same way, having wide hips and a narrow waist makes you look like a woman, your hips and waist should match then widen your shoulders as much as possible.
Just look at gay pose
Stupid. Does the opposite of what you want. Instead you should be doing suitcase exercises.
They're based and will give you sick obliques. Try doing them with one leg raised on a bench or box.
They're not safe for your spine.
I was about to post this. Might be setting yourself up for a disc slip, especially if you go heavy
THESE homieS GOT WEAK SPINES
In effective just to russian twists
bodyweight russian twists are good cardio but if you load them heavy (for effective training) you will eventually shred your frickin spine
hurts my disc
t. disc buldge haver
do side planks instead
They gave me that adonis V thing that women gush to but they also look super gay doing them
They are literally anti-V.
I hope you ignored every Black person who mentioned "looks"
They work your obliques well along with some small muscles in your lower back too.
stupid
you can do side bends or sit-ups, but please don't lose that butt
Your waist is small and your curves are kickin
my analconda dont want none unless u do anal hun
stupid if you are facing the mirror
based if you are facing a woman
I thought obliques worked by twisting your torso left-right rather than up-down
good, training all motions is great, spinal lateral flexion is important for longevity and functionality.
big obliques are important for health if you are active.
Do foot elevated side plank dips instead.
they are good if you do them at an incline to hit your quadratus lumborum
I honestly only do them as a time killer / super set in between sets when i'm working out @ the squat rack. They feel ok.
I think there's gotta be a slight variation that gets a better stretch in. For example, if my arms are overhead, and i do the bend, I feel more of a stretch than if I'm holding weight @ the side.
