The only fitness supplements are the vitamins you're lacking in. Usually magnesium, vitamin d, fish oils, and zinc.
When is the best time to take them? Can I take them all at once or is the body unable to absorb all of it at once?
You can pop them all at once. Magnesium actually helps with the absorption of vitamin d so it's better to take them together.
