I tried thrusts once but idk.. it felt awkward as frick and didn't seem worth it.
Every other time I consider it, it seems pretty gay. Going really low w squats seems to hit glutes well. I did some heavy sets, then squatted really low w 2pl and feel my glutes today.
First things first don't wear leggings or booty shorts and do this

Just do hip thrusts with a thot you grab from the thot rack. You gym membership pays for them, I think.
The gym I go to is 90% men. I am the only male I know that does hip thrusts. Not a single one of them has confronted me about it. Not a single one of them has laughed or chuckled about it. Not even the ones that look like they would be insecure about that shit.
