High emphasis on lower-body hyper; normal squats, Bulgarian, RDL, donkey kicks, and most importantly hip thrusts. Kind of miss biting her ass. The key to actually grow any muscle is to induce trauma. If you're not feeling intense DOMs initially from certain exercises in the target area then you are doing it wrong or your physical structure is to efficient for that movement. i.e. short femurs make high bar squats a quad dominant movement and even low bar squats might not load the glutes sufficiently to grow them more than the thigh
Unironically go and find some glute workouts on youtube or ig.
You're getting replies for powerlifting style training, but bands and bodyweight are really enough. It's cheaper, less injury prone, easier to do consistently.
