Yes. I developed bad knee pain after years of neglecting my weak inner thigh muscles (and a very tight IT band). The imbalance was pulling my patella out of groove every time I squatted. Rehab included a lot of work on the adductors and I wish I’d done more of it earlier.
You can do them on a bench with these wienersuckers here. Be careful doing these, it can really frick you up if you go full into it. Start with your hands at your hip sort of bracing/supporting it.
My hip joint hurts whenever I do these or similar movements.

No I already get annoyed with my thighs rubbing together from hack squats I'm not going to isolate those muscles to make them even bigger.
they're extremely useful for hip stability like if you have wobbly knees when you squat. But you can also achieve much the same with side squats

i did these like 2 days ago and while the rest of my legs recovered, my inner thighs are more sore than ever now 🙁
