Here's a good replacement for your "milk" snack or whey protein drink:
1/4 cup icecream: 135
1 cup of milk: 180
2 scoops protein powder: 240
Total: 555 calories
Protein: 58 grams
It'll be thick, but it'll help you hit the protein goal too, going off your pallete, you aren't hitting it. I find it hard to hit my calorie goal too.
For your eggs, try mixing 4 eggs with 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, this will add 100 calories, it might be more filling than plain eggs though.
4 eggs: 280 calories
Breadcrumbs: 100 Calories
Total: 380 calories + 50 calories from olive oil if added
28 grams protein
For breakfast try to eat 2 bagels with the banana with 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
2 bagels: 520
Cream cheese: 160
Total: 680 calories
Protein: 20 grams
The reason I lift is because if I saw a picture of myself like this, at this angle and I looked like this I would feel very insecure

hah thats a good thing. just let it happen and get shredded then. you will reach a point where your appetite will regain and then shift your bulking phases to whatever that point is. you will never have to forcefeed again. that may be starting at 10 and going to 15%.
