bad? Good.
People really just do this? Spend all their time posting the same shit until they have to resort to just flat out lying to get attention?
What the FRICK do I have to gain? It changed my life so of course I wanted to share that
I'm on the ephedrine + caffeine train because it's a better stimulant. Literally like Rx-free Adderall.
It can get you drinking less coffee. I still want to quit stims but better a half-Bronkaid and a half-coffee than just a coffee.
well the problem with coffee is the caffeine. I'd drink coffee all day if it had zero caffeine in (even decaf has enough to cause an impact)
Just keep a note on your overall stress levels and quality of life because for a portion of the population it can really do you in
I have the EXACT same reaction, yet I can't bring myself to rid myself of this addiction.
When I wake up in the morning, everything feels so raw, brutal, intense.
Drinking coffee makes me go into half-sleep mode, which feels nicer in the short term, but then the side effects start.
I wish I could give you a pill that makes you feel what I'm feeling. That would be enough to get you to stop
Taper yourself down gradually if you really can't stop immediately. It's like getting off any other drug and you have to treat it seriously
Replace morning coffe with black tee for a while. Worked for me
Also dont have coffe at home obviously.. throw it away
I have the opposite when i wake up i feel sluggish and sleepy but when i taste black coffee I'm immediately awake and fresh. I also drank coffee every morning service and it was the stimulant that cleared my mre filled bowels.
I quit coffee and started drinking tea instead. Still has caffeine though I guess, but doesnt irritate my guts as much
Post belly
Dudes coffee is a high pesticide crop. Try organic coffee it's all I can drink without feeling like I'm getting brain damage.
>toxin
Thanks for wasting my time, pseud. Argument discarded
>Oral doses of caffeine greater than 10 g can be fatal in adults
Yes, it is a stimulant. Oral doses of 35g of salt can be fatal in adults. Fricking anything can be fatal in a high enough dose. Doesn’t mean it’s “toxic” in a low dose. Substances are only toxic when you consume too much for your body to metabolize/excrete
toxin is enough for a greentext story about finding out about the negative effects. I don't want to go into the gradual buildup of adenosine because most anons won't give a shit
you see any soi creamers in my picture? black coffee only
Afaik coffee in high doses can drastically increase the number and density of adenosine receptors in the brain over long term use, which can make you feel chronically tired. That being said, not only is this easily reversed by ceasing coffee consumption for a few months, but you can entirely prevent it by just moderating your consumption. Drink 2-3 cups per week instead of per day. You’ll be fine
This anon is right. And I'm still going through the process of fixing my brain. I've been sleeping almost 10 hrs a day for the last month and a half or so. Never drink coffee daily, or at least make sure its not every day of the week.
From what I've read it's those sleep issues which lead to most of the other problems due to not being able to perform the usual sleep functions
stop adding onions based creamer to it, homosexual.
what wouldn't I do to this angel's benis
Big sad, bros. I only have 1-2 cups a day, is it really that bad? Is decaf any better? I don't use it for the stims, I just genuinely like coffee.
Try tapering off to 2-3 cups per week dude. If you’re truly not addicted, it shouldn’t be a problem. You’ll still be able to frequently enjoy the taste of coffee. But if you find that doing so is extraordinarily difficult, you might be addicted.
if you get terrible sleep and everything else then yeah it's a good first step to get off it for 2 - 4 weeks and see what happens
Your an idiot, plain and simple. I consumed nothing but water and coffee all day everyday and don't have the same issues you do. Stop being a fricking homosexual assed b***h
yeah I don't have the issues anymore because i dropped coffee
I drink over a pot of black coffee per day, sometimes even two pots of coffee. I've been trying to cut down but I still drink nearly a pot.
The doctor also told me to drink one cup of water for every cup of coffee in addition to the daily recommended amount of water and that has helped a lot. I was probably very dehydrated all the time which made sense because when I drank two pots I would feel hungover in the mornings as if I drank a ton of alcohol the night before.
When was the last time you went more than 24 hours without coffee? Seems like you'd have really bad withdrawals
Christ your dr is a moron
Lol, everyone laugh at the coffeelet!
I bet you're lactose intolerant too!
Sorry sweaty, we don't have a gluten-free option!
I didn't go like 18 hours without coffee for 2 years. That kind of abuse doesn't go unchecked
>t. spineless addict maggot
>not drinking at least 5 coffees a day for Alzheimer's defensive gainz
Coffee is the breasts. It hits everyone different, like any drug. Guess you don't have the ability to process it. Nothing wrong what the that. I get none of your sides and see not difference in my day to day if I drink coffee or forget to.
Sounds like you aren't so religious about having it every day. The every single day component is the biggest reason why it gets bad for people.
Nah, I do drink it every day (for the passed 10 years or so). Started off small, had the shits each time I drank it. Like everyone. But for me with time I developed a resistance I guess. Like with all drugs. I can drink 5 cups (not a normal measuring cup, like the 135 mL of coffee cup), wait 45 min for the caffeine to take effect, and still go to sleep no problem and wake up feeling well the next day. I also take an EC stack on average once a day.
Also what I meant to say was I drink it every day, but let's say one day I'm too busy and don't have time to make any, which happens from time to time, or if I'm out in the woods and don't have the tools to make it, I don't go into crazy withdrawal either. Despite my extensive use.
I guess it's like tolerance to anything, like lactose. Genetic.
Anti-coffee posts are a psyop to keep the populace tired and low energy
Keep thinking that chud. My eye bags have disappeared
Literally the opposite
Yeah it can mess up your sleep for sure as it can stay in your system for up to 12 hours. I don't drink coffee in the afternoon only mornings.
Coffee spikes cortisol and cortisol promotes male belly fat storage.
awoooga, uoohh, smooth girlwoman butt erotic
Can coffee withdrawal headaches be dealt with using painkillers? I recently cut my caffeine in but my sleep still feels like shit. Might go cold turkey if the painkillers help
No harm in throwing in an ibuprofen. Drink plenty enough water too
I've quit coffee enough times to notice it really is a poison, at least for me. It makes me generally more anxious and fricks with my sleep hygiene. When drinking coffee I feel totally exhausted at night (not in a good way), I dream much less and wake up groggy, sometimes with a headache. Normally I can "wake up" and become alert in 10-15 minutes after waking up, but with coffee it seems like I'm not really awake until around lunchtime. I don't even want to imagine what coffee does to your guts and heart.
Ibuprofen. Also noticed that having an alternating hot-cold shower is a god-tier method for easing a headache, it's never failed me. IME it takes a long time for your sleep to truly return to normal, perhaps a whole month.
Yeah it fricking sucks. Go to youtube type alex becker coffe and watch all 3 videos
Coffee is inflammatory to the gut, especially the cheap stuff that had a lot of pesticides used on it. That's probably a big part of your symptoms. Also, caffeine intake within ~90 minutes after waking or ten hours before sleeping can mess with cortisol levels and your circadian rhythms.
If you get good quality coffee and drink it in moderation, you'll have few issues, if any.
I drink coffee, but usually only a single shot of espresso mixed into a latte, and only after being up and moving for a few hours. No issues. But if I drink something strong/cheap on an empty stomach (no water or anything) right after waking up, it'll cause digestive issues for me. I love the stuff, but it's just not good to drink a lot of it.
I miss my Greek coffee. Maybe I'll pick some up at the Greek shop a couple towns over....
So if coffee is unhealthy, what brands make it healthy? Or should I give up on drinking it and just drink energy drinks
Energy drinks are great. They combine a decent amount of B vitamins, taurine and sugar with caffeine. The sugar is necessary to prevent a stress response from the caffeine raising the metabolic rate, so the sugar fulfils the increased calorific need.
The belly is likely from the shit in your coffee. Most coffee is full of sugar and fat. Black coffee doesn't cause weight gain.
But the cortisol spikes from it and decreased sleep quality can impact the other symptoms you listed. It's honestly best to avoid caffeine if you can.
Black coffee only
Then it wouldn't cause weight gain unless you're overeating. There's zero calories in it. Either that or you're the first person to ever discover a way to violate the laws of thermodynamics.
I didn't say weight gain, I just grew a big ugly belly that wouldn't go away even after numerous extended fasts
Might be bloating. Coffee especially in excess can serve as a laxative. It makes me very gassy and bloated when I drink it. Oddly, caffeine in other forms doesn't do this to me.
can't relate my n1gger I've drunk excess of 50 cups of coffee a day for weeks and then stopped days later with 0 problems, 0 withdrawels, and my sleep is always great. I could drink a cup of coffee before I go to sleep and I'd sleep even better than otherwise
>t. larper
Fake and gay
Kys
I don't know who to believe bros
Lower abdominal fat and higher bloating are not mutually exclusive, moron
You drink it with sugar or milk, moron
I personally drink it (Turkish style) with sugar and Himalayan salt. Feels great, boosts metabolism and has made my belly smaller.
What I meant is that you are supposed to drink it with sugar or milk. Black coffee does shit for you because you need sugar or milk to balance it out.
Ah I see. Interesting idea, but the daily action of caffeine inhibiting your adenosine receptors can't be avoided by chugging some kcals
>drink coffee all the time too
>experience none of OPs problems
feels good
I have been drinking black coffee since high school.
In college I would brew a pot, pour it back into the coffee maker's water reservoir, and brew it again.
Can confirm. Coffee/Red Bull made me paranoid, anxious and narcissistic. No caffeine crew.
There's a big difference between arabica and robusta beans, stay the frick away from robusta, it's shit
>drink 3 cups a day (most mugs actually hold 2 cups worth so I'm for sure knowing I'm not drinking six cups)
>sleep 7 hours max
So are you homosexuals saying that I might only need 5 hours of sleep if I quit?
How do you feel when you wake up?
If I sleep from 11pm to 6am, I'm very fine and get up to get coffee right away.
Sleeping for 7 hours at any time earlier than 11pm actually makes me lazy in bed for like 15 minutes. Might just be something about the light outside that I'm trying to adjust to but idk.
If you don't really have any problems with not feeling rested or having trouble sleeping then I doubt you would see much benefit tbh
Day one off caffeine. I have no energy at all. I literally had three naps today.
Nice. I was the same for the first two days. You'll sleep well at least after the 2nd day
Extreme coffee drinker here sometimes I drink 6 cups a day. Your mood will dictate what the caffeine will do to you. If you have a high risk job or a date is a good idea not to consume a lot of coffee. If you are going to smash it in the gym and go for a pr go all in. If it’s a funday and you will be home you can sip lots of coffees. Just know when to do it. Although in November of 2019 I quit it for 2 weeks I was feeling great but now it’s hard af any tips?
Quitting has been easy for me because I've internalized how bad caffeine has been for me since it became a regular thing.
If you can handle it, I really recommend going cold turkey on all caffeine sources at least for 1 week. By then you should have a good idea of if being caffeine free is a good thing for you.
Water + ibuprofen for the headaches
