Look up anti-inflammation diet. That's mostly bloat. Your horomones are also fricked due to being like this for a while so it becomes a self-re-enforcing thing. More belly fat = less test / higher estrogen = you tend to store more belly fat. I had good success with a high protein diet, avoiding inflammatory foods, cutting out alcohol, and supplementing some nutrients. I supplement iodine, mag, zinc, d3, k2. Other than iodine this is a very basic and safe stack.
For inflammatory food it will depend on what your own body tolerates. As a general rule avoid processed foods. Eat whole foods. Starches are preferred to grains. I eat a lot of root veg, some rice, lots of eggs, fish, yogurt, meat. A good mix of stuff. Get some green veg in just for fun if you want.
If you want to speed up the debloat / fixing your hormones try fasting one day a week too.
