I've been researching lifts that help for gyno; however,
they seem counterintuitive. My gyno is also characterized
by puffy nipples so getting a bigger chest will just amplify
the visual appearance. I've had gyno since 11-12yo and
I'm now nearly 20 and I've noticed over the years I
developed a bad posture, forward shoulders a hunch/
slouch to attempt to minimize its appearance. I've
concluded that I should focus on my back to correct my
posture and arms(biceps) so baggy shirt appear more
normal. What are some back and arm exercises that don't
have any effects on the chest?
Having a bigger chest helps. Having high bf and big shoulders/traps also helps somewhat hide/blend. Not working your chest is going to make you look moronic even with gyno.

If you just have puffy nips it's better to be near 20% bodyfat, conceals the nipple and gives you a bearmode aesthetic. If you have actual breast tissue you need to bloatmaxx, 30+ bmi. It won't be that noticeable and you'll look good to some women without a shirt on
I dont just have puffy nips but theyre the only really noticeable part. When Im cold and my nips harden u basically cant notice it. No joke i was 30bmi a couple months ago because I also noticed that it hid them. My chest looked like a normal fat dude as opposed to a dude with puffy noticeable nipples when I was skinner. Even at 30 bmi I didnt look too fat because I have a decent frame, wide shoulders and hold a lot of my weight in my legs

This is complete bullshit, it's the absolute opposite. In men, puffy nipples could be the result of having too much chest fat, which can be corrected by exercise and a better diet.
Drop bodyfat and it will be gone. Without even seeing your pic I'm gonna go ahead and guess OP is 20-25% bodyfat minimum.

Puffy nipples != gyno, moron
Pull-ups will work wonders for you. Start with just negative reps with solid form until you can start doing one or two strict reps and work your way up.
Group pullups and chinups in with some other back work twice a week, and only work chest once a week... something like that. Look up stretches for the chest and shoulders to do while you strengthen and tighten the back.
Once you have visible improvement, you can consider changing your routine up to balance things out.
Really warm up, stretch, and focus on those shoulders any time you use them - I believe you will have to be careful about imbalances there, given your description.
As for the gyno, the only way to confirm is to cut down, improve posture, and get in better shape to see what happens.

Actually, the best way to fix b***h breasts with training is targeting your upper chest specifically. Even if you don't have gyno, an overdeveloped lower chest can give you the appearance of manboobs, which are even more noticeable if you aren't lean.

A SERM might help. Raloxifene in particular helps the most. Also maybe an aromatase inhibitor, but the SERM is the important bit.

i know how you feel i lost 30lbs over lent from fasting and got really lean, was easily the best i ever looked and would have been really happy with it if it didn't make my moobs obvious.

if you flex your pecs, does the gyno appear to be better, or worse ? as someone with slight gyno (not as bad the the OP pic) I find that slightly flexing my pecs and rolling my shoulder all the way back make it much less noticeable

Im 24 and have always had this issue. I can see muscle definition in my chest when i get a pump but the lower part is always so voluptuous
