Correct, but Americans want to look feminine:
    >big ass from DL
    >big thighs from squat
    >boob chest from bench
This is LITERALLY what American "men" desire for themselves.

Its almost as if humans like having big features!

In all seriousness, I work out my chest with bench and dips because I love titties.

Legs are like any other bodypart, looks the best when proportionate to the rest of the body.

You realize he is flexing them and turning them sideways to make them look as big as possible right? He looks good and if he flared his lats when doing this pose it would look more proportionate.

daily reminder this is the physique of an elite borderline world class powerlifter
      fucking hell

true, but the reason why he's flexing them and turning them to the sides slightly is to make them look more muscular, if he relaxes his quads his legs would just turn into fatass thighs

      t. I do it too

Legs should seamlessly slow into your thin waist, not protrude. Manlets should be careful about their leg gains. Manlets should focus more on their hamstring rather than thickening of the front portion of the thigh and calves

what type of running do you do

like twice a week for about 40 minutes, nothing insane, just to stop any potential heart attacks

          based and roonpilled
          I prefer uphill sprints myself

I hate rooning so much it's unreal. I wish I didn't. I did 5k 3 days/week and some HIIT on a track for 4 months and it didn't get any better. It's just boring and painfull. Can I somehow get roonpilled or is it over for me?

              1. You run too fast
              2. You overstride
These are the primary reasons people hate running but don't realize it. Also 5K is nothing, it takes about 3km to warm up . Then you hold a steady nice pace for 10K+ and feel like a zen master

I appreciate constructive response, but running slower and longer sounds even more awful. I did 10k once and finished it only because my resolve carried me for the first 5k and then I was 5k away from home so I had to run back.

You need to fix the pain part. The boring part is a non issue because once you get into a nice steady rhythm you don't think about anything. Or maybe you're a dopamine deficient zoomer that needs to be always on, I don't know.
Slow + high cadence/midfoot landing/short stride length solves the most common pain issues

thing is I end up sprinting because I feel as though people are staring at me so I just run as fast as I can to get it over with, uphill sprints sound more useful though

Realistically the optimal legs and butt look like this. You may not like it, but this is peak performance.
