No not at all, what I'm saying is my biceps, while I'd call them above average, don't look filled out like in the OP pic. Those biceps are huge. I was asking, are biceps like in OP really possible for most natty lifter regardless of bicep genetics? Or is genetics (bicep shape and ability to grow muscle on it) going to play a bigger part in it?
Like all things, genetics play a role. Muscle insertions matter as does your propensity to build muscle in a certain area.
I've Pendlay Rowed 300x5, strict curled 110x5, done 25+ chin-ups at 185 and my biceps are nonexistent.
I tell everyone this but if you do a compound lift with your biceps for chin-ups it will inflate them like fricking crazy

day1=biceps hammers
day2=triceps
day3= forearm grip
day4=biceps hammers
day5=triceps
day6= forearm grip
day7= optional rest or repeat
eat proper foods, get enough protein, get SLEEP
thats literally it, if you do that routine for 90 days you will get jacked like me
you cant get rad arms by doing "armday" once a week or whatever thats literally moronic
post your arms in normal light without a pump, lets see how jacked you are
Don't ignore your triceps, but you can get some pretty big arms natty. Shoulders will be more difficult
