That’s a lot of protein for one sitting.

You're supposed to stretch out the protein by adding veggies and carbs to the meal to fill up on

    *UPDATE*
Chicken was good. I followed the advice on this thread and only ate half of it and will eat the other half in a few hr. No refrigeration (homeless) so eating normal portions isn't an option.

What kinds of oil do you think they slathered that with before cooking?

          Anonymous

read the ingredients list, there is no oil....do you know what a rotisserie even is?

            Anonymous

I was wrong about the oil, but...
            >sodium phosphate
            >modified food starch
            >carrageenan
            >sugar
            >dextrose
Yeah, it's fucking goyslop. Make the chicken yourself and exclude all that garbage.

              What’s your roast chicken recipe?
              Mine is
              >kosher salt liberally inside and out
              >let sit uncovered in fridge 24hrs
              >stuff cavity with rosemary and lemon
              >roast at 400 for 20min/lb

Skin is crispy as fuck and the short salt cure means the breast meat is tasty throughout, not just on the surface

none of those are really bad except sodium phosphate, and even that is not so bad

        >oversized onions fed chicken

Enjoy an early death you deserve it

        >hows this goyslop?
Did you hunt the wild pheasant and season it with wild herbs that you gathered from the woods at least 500 miles away from the nearest human activity and bake it in the clay oven that you built with clay that collected from the riverbed? No? Then it is goyslop.

Nothing like cracking into a fresh hot Tis. Especially Costco. Best tis in the game and it’s not even close.

In fact you should buy a couple tis at a time, shred and refrigerate or freeze the meat and make broth from the bones. Costco tis is one of the most efficient foods in the country.
