    Stop doing it wrong. Find your TDEE and eat 200-300kcal below that. Cut for 3 months and if you stall for weeks, drop by another 100kcal. At most go to 500kcal deficit and after 3 months go on a maintenance for the same amount you dieted so in this case 3 months. Then if you still need to cut, you attack again go for the final 3 month cut.

    This is why you fail. This is why 99,999% of people fail. There is no shortcut and doing the "fast" way is always the slowest way. You will end up making negative progress.

      Not true. I've been cutting 1000 calories and I've seen significant progress. I'll cut for about a month, binge a week or 2, then cut for another month

      It can lead to some yoyoing, but over the course of the year I've lost 30lbs
